Larry Frace has been in the inspection field a total of 39 years. After graduating with a 2-year degree in Electrical Construction and Electrical Technology from Williamsport Community college, Larry started as an Electrical Inspector. While working at the Susquehanna Nuclear Power Plant, Larry was also an INPO certified instructor, which developed and taught courses in electrical and power plant maintenance for the Nuclear Industry. He has given seminars at various groups on code related issues. During his career, Larry has worked for various inspection companies and in 2008, started his own company, Larry C. Frace Inspections LLC. LCF Inspections is a full-service inspection company dealing with all Pennsylvania required State Building Codes, Zoning services, expert court testimony, bank inspection transactions, real estate, ADA reviews and inspections, DEP Pool Inspections and various environmental testing services. He has completed 1000’s of hours of continuing training over the course of his career. In 2014, Frace MCR Inspections LLC was formed, which specializes in indoor environmental testing and remediation services. Larry holds all licenses to properly test and remediate cleanups. In 2017, Larry expanded LCF Inspections and started Frace Home Inspection Services LLC to better serve his clients. Frace Home Inspections does all related services needed for home inspections.

In 2019 the Northeast Training Institute was founded, which will be a 11,000 sq. ft building housing new offices for Larry's multiple companies and the InterNachi® House of Horrors® 3, a 2-story home mockup with a thousand defects.

Larry currently holds 16 certifications, 12 professional memberships and 20 state licenses and performs zoning services for Briar Creek Borough, Shickshinny, Main, Locust and Stillwater. Also the Assistant Zoning Officer for Nescopeck Borough and Nescopeck Township, Larry provides UCC inspections in 16 Boroughs and Townships, Property Maintenance for Briar Creek Borough and Shickshinny and is the Flood Plain Administrator for 2 Boroughs and 2 Townships.

Justin Weber, President and Owner of Mountain To Valley Home Inspections, is excited to bring his marketing and business experience to the Northeast Training Institute. Justin will be responsible for business development and marketing as well as assisting in the overall operations of the training institute. As a Certified Master Inspector, he realizes and understands all aspects of the technical duties and business demands an inspector will face in their careers. He also strongly believes in his companies values; Professional, Thorough and Efficient.

A diverse background in graduate school, running a business, commercial and residential building inspections, makes this a very intriguing venture. Justin lives in Mountain Top, PA with his wife Stefanie, two daughters, and dogs Meadow and Mugsy. In his spare time, Justin enjoys camping with his family, fishing, hunting and disc golf.

Abigail Kurecian is a graduate of The Art Institute of Boston. She worked as a professional artist for the last 20 plus years; teaching art for 11 years at Saint Columba School in Bloomsburg. Delivering a seamless and quality learning experience for her students is her passion. She believes, that education is a life long journey to be enjoyed by all.
